How to Delete Your Paira Account

We're sorry to see you go. If you'd like to permanently delete your Paira account and all associated data, you can do so directly from the app or by contacting our support team.

Option 1: Delete from the App

Open the Paira app on your device.
Go to Profile → Settings.
Scroll down and tap "Delete Account".
Submit your deletion request and optionally add a short reason for the request.
We will send an acknowledgement email to confirm that we received your request. If you do not see it shortly, check your spam or junk folder too.
Our team reviews the request. Once deletion is completed, we send a second email to confirm that your account, profile photos, and app access have been removed.

Option 2: Request via Email

If you are unable to access the app, you can request account deletion by emailing us at support@bakartek.com from the email address associated with your account. Please include "Account Deletion Request" in the subject line.

What Gets Deleted

When your account is deleted, the following data is permanently removed:

Your profile information (name, bio, photos, preferences)
Your matches, likes, and conversation history
Your community posts and comments
Your subscription and payment records (after legal retention period)
Your device tokens and push notification settings

Data Retention

Some data may be retained for a limited period as required by law or for legitimate business purposes (e.g., fraud prevention). This data is anonymised and cannot be used to identify you. Retained data is permanently purged within 90 days of your deletion being completed.
